However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including safety seals.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, tested, or are not in resalable condition due to hygiene reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare and haircare products

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Downloadable or digital content (if applicable)

  • Any item purchased on final sale or clearance


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your product.
We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

Sale or Discounted Items

Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or discount offer are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the product is received.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent directly to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Calvire cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
